Rapidly phase out the use of fossil fuels from all municipal buildings by 2035, increase urban agriculture food systems, and address Mean Jean’s Mean Streets to make them more walkable, bikeable, and more efficiently utilized by public transportation.

Establish a risk bond initiative for existing fossil fuel infrastructure to assist with costs of climate resiliency programs.
