Vacate the Metropolitan Omaha Property Owners Association 2015 Consent Decree that allows far too many bad landlords to escape or delay accountability for subjecting tenants to uninhabitable and below standard living conditions.

Free Home Title Clinics to ensure homeowners have the necessary paperwork to make repairs, increase weatherization, and sell their homes.
Increase Tenant Power
Establish an Omaha Tenants Relations Board in the City Planning to Department. Increase collective bargaining opportunities for tenants and require all leases in Omaha to inform tenants of their right collectively bargain and form/join tenants unions.
